Lang Termes' singing is very powerful. He is comfortable singing many styles of music ranging from mellow folk ballads to growling boogie blues. His songwriting is one of his most notable assets. His music and lyrics come deep from the heart, or in some cases they bubble up from his whimsical sense of irony.

He tours all over the country, but most of the time he travels the highways of Montana where he has an amazing reputation of being a solo act that can rock a coffee house or nightclub all night long.

Lang plays music in a wide variety of styles. Some of his biggest influences include: Muddy Waters, Woody Guthrie, Bruce Springsteen, Eric Burdon, Ledbelly, Townes Van Zandt, John Lee Hooker, John Hammond and Tom Waits.
