Lang Termes has been involved with music all of his life. From the time he was small, he has created songs
and recorded them so he could play them back. He spends his time playing his guitar and writing songs. His
songs are life experiences. And his voice is a combination of blues and his own blend of rhythm and poetry.
He began studying the guitar at age 13.
He and three, sometimes four of his friends had a band in high school, playing
gigs whenever they had a chance. When they graduated in 1998 they went their
separate ways, leaving Lang to start his solo career. Lang has been playing
professionally for several years. His first CD, Wild Eyed Highway features many
of his own songs, but it also gives him a chance to sing the songs of some of his
heroes such as Townes Van Zandt and Ledbelly.
